By accessing and using BaadThemes' website and purchasing our themes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Theme License and Usage
When you purchase a theme from BaadThemes, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on your Shopify store. The license allows you to:
- Use the theme on a single Shopify store
- Customize the theme for your specific needs
- Receive updates and bug fixes for the theme
- Access customer support for the purchased theme
The license does not allow redistribution, resale, or use on multiple stores without additional licenses.
3. Payment Terms
All themes are offered as a one-time payment of $250 USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's Theme Store. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download and use the theme.
4. No Refund Policy
Important: All Sales Are Final
Please note that all theme purchases are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the theme has been downloaded or accessed.
Free Trial and Installation Access
Before purchasing: You can install and customize our themes for free to test functionality and design compatibility. However, you will not have access to the theme's source code or be able to publish the theme to your live store until after purchase.
After purchase: You receive full access to the theme's source code, allowing you to publish to your live store and make customizations as needed.
We encourage customers to take advantage of the free installation and customization period to thoroughly evaluate theme features, design, and compatibility with your products before making a purchase decision.
5. Intellectual Property
All themes, including code, design elements, graphics, and documentation, are the intellectual property of BaadThemes and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. Customer Support
We provide comprehensive customer support for all purchased themes. Support includes:
- Installation assistance and guidance
- Theme customization help and best practices
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Documentation access and tutorials
Support is provided via email at support@baadthemes.com and through our documentation portal.
7. Theme Updates
We regularly update our themes to improve functionality, fix bugs, and ensure compatibility with the latest Shopify features. Updates are included with your one-time purchase at no additional cost.
You will be notified of available updates through your Shopify admin panel. We recommend keeping your theme updated to ensure optimal performance and security.
8. Limitation of Liability
BaadThemes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our themes. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the theme.
